Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Prestigia Ltd ("DRV.club", "we", "us", "our"), an Israeli company (company number 513992214), with offices at 34 Burla St., Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel. They govern your use of the DRV.club mobile applications, the website at drv.club, and all related services (together, the "Services").

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create a DRV.club account (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher).
  • To post or join a drive as a driver, or to rent a vehicle, you must hold a valid driver's license for the vehicle class and jurisdiction in which you intend to drive, and meet the minimum age and licensing requirements of that jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with the laws that apply to you, including local traffic and vehicle laws.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You may delete your account at any time — see Settings → Delete account, or drv.club/delete-account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, endanger other users, or are used fraudulently.

3. Driving safety — please read carefully

DRV.club is a tool for planning and coordinating drives. It is not a substitute for safe, attentive driving or for your own judgment.

  • You must obey all applicable traffic laws, speed limits, and local regulations at all times, regardless of any route, pace note, or convoy instruction shown in the app.
  • Do not interact with the app's screen while driving. Use voice commands, push-to-talk, and passenger assistance wherever possible.
  • Routes, pace notes, hazard alerts, and drives are created by DRV.club staff or by other users. We do not verify that a route is safe, legal, or suitable for your vehicle or skill level. You assume all risk in choosing to follow any route or join any drive.
  • Convoy features (live location, walkie-talkie, roster) help you stay coordinated with a group but do not replace safe following distances, independent judgment, or compliance with the leader's or local authority's instructions.
  • Crash-detection and hazard-reporting features are provided on a best-effort basis and are not a certified safety system. Do not rely on them as your sole means of requesting emergency help — always contact local emergency services directly when needed.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRV.club is not liable for accidents, injuries, traffic violations, fines, or vehicle damage arising from your use of the Services or your decision to drive, at any speed, on any road.

4. Community content and conduct

You keep ownership of content you post (photos, posts, drive descriptions, comments), but by posting it you grant DRV.club a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the Services for the purpose of operating and promoting DRV.club.

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or that encourages reckless or illegal driving (e.g., street racing on public roads, evading law enforcement).
  • Impersonate another person, misrepresent your vehicle, or misuse another member's personal data shared inside a drive or convoy.
  • Interfere with the Services, attempt to access other users' accounts, or reverse-engineer the apps.
  • Use the Services for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted (e.g., unauthorized rental brokering).

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section, at our discretion.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

  • Some features require a paid subscription, billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and processed via RevenueCat for entitlement management. We do not see or store your card details.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
  • Prices, trial periods, and promotional offers are shown in-app before purchase and may vary by region.
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies, not directly by DRV.club, except where local law requires otherwise.

6. Supercar rentals

DRV.club's rental feature connects you with independent fleet operators in each city. When you submit a rental request or reservation:

  • The rental agreement is between you and the fleet operator, not DRV.club. DRV.club facilitates discovery and booking but is not the lessor of the vehicle.
  • You must meet the fleet operator's requirements (minimum age, license, deposit, insurance) to complete a rental.
  • Cancellation, damage, and deposit terms are set by the fleet operator and disclosed to you before you confirm a booking.
  • DRV.club is not liable for the condition of a rented vehicle, the conduct of a fleet operator, or disputes arising from a rental, though we will assist in good faith if a problem is reported to hello@drv.club.

7. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party providers, including Mapbox (maps), LiveKit (convoy voice), Firebase (infrastructure), Sentry (crash reporting), and Apple/Google (sign-in and payments). Your use of features built on these providers is also subject to their own terms where applicable. See our Privacy Policy §5 for the full list.

8. Intellectual property

The DRV.club name, logo, app, and website (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Prestigia Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that routes, maps, or hazard data will be complete or accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRV.club and Prestigia Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services — including any accident, injury, fine, rental dispute, or loss of property connected to your use of a route, drive, convoy, or rental arranged through the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 100 USD, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prestigia Ltd, its officers, and employees from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your conduct while driving or renting a vehicle in connection with the Services.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a safety risk to other users, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., §§ 8–11) will survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence that cannot be waived, the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and show an in-app notice. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
