Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your DRV.club account and personal data at any time. This does not require contacting support, though you're welcome to.
Option 1 — In the app
- Open the DRV.club app and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Privacy section and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion. You'll be signed out immediately.
Option 2 — By email
Send an email to privacy@drv.club from your account's email address, with the subject line "Delete my DRV.club account". We verify the request against your account email and confirm once it's processed.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, account credentials, and authentication identifiers.
- Your vehicles, posts, photos, comments, and drive history.
- Your precise and approximate location data.
- Your push notification tokens and device identifiers.
Deletion completes within 14 days of your request.
What may be retained, and why
- Transaction records (rentals, subscriptions) — up to 7 years, as required by tax and accounting law.
- Safety-related logs (crash-detection events you triggered) — up to 12 months.
- Abuse/fraud signals — up to 24 months, to prevent banned users from re-registering.
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics that can no longer be linked back to you — retained indefinitely.
